01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is uniform.
02 - Gently fold in the diced strawberries, distributing them evenly throughout the oat mixture.
03 - Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and flavors to meld.
04 - In the morning, stir the oats thoroughly. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
05 - Divide the overnight oats into serving bowls or jars. Top with additional sliced strawberries, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut if desired. Serve chilled.
