01 - In a medium mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, and vanilla protein powder. Beat with hand mixer or whisk until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
02 - Pour in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
03 - If mixture is too thick for dipping, add milk one tablespoon at a time, stirring well after each addition, until desired dip consistency is achieved.
04 - Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles using a spatula, taking care not to overmix and break them.
05 - Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle additional rainbow sprinkles on top. Serve immediately with graham crackers, animal crackers, fresh fruit, or pretzels.
