01 - Place the chopped apple, banana, and spinach into the blender container.
02 - Pour in the lemon juice, water or almond milk, and any optional add-ins such as chia seeds or sweetener.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30–60 seconds. Scrape down sides if necessary.
04 - Taste the smoothie and add additional sweetener if desired. Blend briefly to incorporate.
