# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like a mocha milkshake but fuels you like a proper meal with 21 grams of protein per bowl.
  • The entire thing comes together in under ten minutes with zero cooking and zero cleanup drama if you rinse the blender right away.
02 -
  • If you use regular brewed coffee that has not been chilled, the warmth will turn your bowl into a sad smoothie soup before you even finish topping it.
  • Adding a teaspoon of instant espresso powder was an accident that became my favorite discovery, intensifying the coffee flavor without extra liquid.
03 -
  • Freeze your bananas flat on a parchment lined tray before bagging them so they blend evenly instead of jamming your machine.
  • Rinse the blender immediately after pouring because protein powder and coffee dry into something that resembles cement if left sitting.
