01 - Add the chilled brewed coffee, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, almond butter, and maple syrup or honey (if using) into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is very smooth and thick. For a thinner consistency, add an extra splash of almond milk and blend briefly.
03 - Divide the smoothie base evenly between two bowls.
04 - Top each bowl with granola, cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings, chia seeds, fresh banana slices, and fresh berries, arranging as desired.
05 - Enjoy right away with a spoon while the smoothie base is still cold and thick.
