# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of creamy coconut and floral lychee tastes like something you would order at a fancy Thai restaurant but takes literally minutes to make at home
  • Its incredibly refreshing and hits that perfect balance between rich and light that makes you want to keep sipping
02 -
  • Chilling your coconut milk beforehand makes a huge difference in how refreshing this drink tastes so try to remember to pop it in the fridge at least an hour before blending
  • If you are using fresh lychees instead of canned you will definitely need to add that extra tablespoon of sweetener because fresh ones are not suspended in syrup
03 -
  • Taste your blended mixture before pouring it over ice because you can always add a splash more lime juice or sweetener at this point
  • The reserved lychee syrup is liquid gold so do not pour it down the drain even if you think you have enough
